In excellent overall condition with absolutely no flaws. I can't exactly tell whether or not this is a dress or maxi skirt, but I think it is a strapless dress (can be worn as either). One side is slightly higher than the other, kind of in a one shoulder top kind of way. Super unique piece. See the attached video for a closer look at dome of the details.
