In excellent condition with no notable flaws & very light wear. Both sides have a light ruching as shown, near the waist. Light stretch/ give throughout. Super soft. Unsure of the exact year as most of the vintage knits are not dated on the tags but I would say likely F/W 2002-2004. Please refer to the measurements below for size.
