Chanel S/S 1999 3M REFLECTIVE VEST AND PANTS SET

Pants size 38, fit like a Small 
Vest size 40, fits like a Small
(Both could also fit XS)

Both pieces in excellent condition with no flaws or visible wear. Both are very rare, especially the vest. Pants appear multiple times on the SS 1999 runway. Thin, black wet-look nylon (which I believe is water-resistant), silver toned 3M (shown with flash in the last photo). Please see attached video for a closer look at the details and tags.
