We're looking for an organized, fashion-forward team member to join our growing luxury vintage boutique. This role is ideal for someone who loves designer fashion, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working in both retail and e-commerce.

As our E-Commerce & Sales Associate, you'll play an essential role in bringing our inventory online, creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

• 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

E-Commerce

• Photograph luxury handbags, accessories, and ready-to-wear for online listings.
• Edit product photos to maintain a clean, consistent brand aesthetic.
• Create detailed product listings for our website, including measurements, descriptions, and condition notes.
• Cross-list inventory across additional resale platforms.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure listings remain up to date.
• Pack and ship online orders with care and attention to presentation.

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and facilitate private shopping appointments.
• Provide personalized styling assistance and product knowledge.
• Process in-store sales and maintain an elevated customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram and email in a timely, professional manner.

Boutique Operations

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and merchandising new inventory.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing boutique.
• Support inventory management and day-to-day store operations.
• Assist with special projects and other operational tasks as needed.

We're Looking For

• Strong interest in luxury fashion, vintage, and designer brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with photography, content creation, or photo editing is a plus.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or resale experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with designer brands and authentication is a plus.
• Comfortable using Shopify, resale platforms, or learning new software quickly.
